COACH EDGAR

Born and raised in East Los Angeles, Coach Edgar is a product of real streets, real struggles, and real resilience. He first put on the gloves at just 10 years old — not to chase trophies, but to hold his ground in a neighborhood where survival was earned every day.
Boxing wasn't just a sport for him — it was a way of life. Over time, that fire evolved from defense to passion, from passion to purpose.

When Edgar became a father, he passed his craft to the next generation, teaching his children that real strength comes not just from your fists, but from your spirit. That same belief fuels every class he leads today.
With over eight years of coaching under his belt, Coach Edgar is building more than fighters — he’s building confidence, discipline, and grit. Known for his patience, precision, and unshakable commitment to his students, he’s not just coaching boxing. He’s shaping champions — in and out of the ring.

COACH ALEX

Coach Alex didn’t become a coach for titles — he became one out of love. What started as teaching his son how to defend himself turned into something bigger: a calling to guide young people through boxing the same way he learned to guide his own. With every class, he teaches more than technique — he teaches discipline, humility, and how to carry yourself with respect. He’s helped turn fear into confidence, setbacks into comebacks, and quiet kids into fighters with something to say. Bridgetown is part of his story, and if you train with Coach Alex, he’ll make sure you’re ready to write your own.

He won’t promise you shortcuts or hype — just honesty, effort, and heart in every round. And if you show up ready to learn, he’ll show up ready to change your life.
